Fast & Free Delivery

At Deccity, we aim to make receiving your new bed as simple and convenient as possible. We offer fast, free delivery on our beds to eligible UK addresses.

Most orders are delivered within approximately 7–10 working days from the date the order is placed. As many of our beds are made to order, delivery times may occasionally vary depending on the product, manufacturing requirements and delivery location.

Delivered by Our Own Team

Your order won't be handed over to a third-party courier. Deccity operates an in-house delivery service, with your order delivered by the same team responsible for manufacturing our beds.

This gives us greater control over how your order is handled from production through to delivery and ensures your new bed is transported by people who understand the product.

Delivery Updates & Time Slots

Once your order is ready for delivery, we'll keep you informed. Before delivery, you'll receive an estimated delivery time slot by SMS and/or email, so you know when to expect your order.

Please ensure the contact details provided when ordering are correct so we can send you important delivery updates.

Delivery to Your Room

Where reasonably possible, we can deliver your new bed to your room of choice.

Please ensure there is safe and suitable access to the property and intended room, including sufficient space through doorways, hallways and staircases.

For larger or heavier beds, a two-person delivery team may be provided where required.

Professional Assembly

Don't want to assemble your new bed yourself? Professional assembly is available at an additional cost on eligible products.

Where selected, our team can assemble your bed for you, allowing you to enjoy your new purchase without the hassle of putting it together yourself.

Before Your Delivery

To help everything go smoothly, please make sure:

- Access to your property is clear and safe.

- Doorways, hallways and staircases are suitable for the size of your order.

- The intended room has sufficient space for the bed.

- Existing furniture that could obstruct delivery has been moved beforehand.
